In a challenging and supportive environment at the Creative Campus, you will find academic and support staff dedicated to your development in your chosen art form. Students can take Single Honours degrees in either Creative & Performing Arts or Drama. Dance and Drama & Theatre Studies are available as Majors in the BA (Combined Honours) programme.
We offer an MA in Contemporary Popular Theatres and contribute to the MA by Creative Practice. Visiting Professors include multi-award winning playwright, John Godber; internationally-renowned theatre and opera director, Patrick Mason; Professor of Theatre Development (University of Winchester), Tim Prentki; Professor of English and Comparative Studies (University of Southern California), David Lloyd; and Director of The Pinter Centre, Robert Gordon.
At the Creative Campus we have excellent drama facilities, including three state-of-the-art studio theatres. We also make full use of the impressive range of theatres available in Liverpool, with regular trips to productions at the Playhouse, Everyman, Capstone and other venues.
National Student Survey 2017
The National Student Survey (www.thestudentsurvey.com) asks final year students at every publicly funded Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the UK to rate their experience by stating to what extent they agree with a set of core questions across a number of categories.
In this year's results 85% of students were satisfied with the teaching on their course and 88.89% of students were satisfied overall with Drama at Liverpool Hope University.Read more Hide
